When equipped, these flags lower a ship’s service costs by varying degrees (5 percent for the rank 15 flag, 10 percent for the rank 10 flag, and 20 percent for the rank 5 flag).
A series of Commemorative flags can be earned by reaching rank 15, rank 10, and rank 5. Participating in the sixth ranked season will grant a permanent “Commandant” participating flag.
